Photos of your goods Optional but it speeds things up a lot — we can size and price from a photo. Up to 5 photos, 8 MB each. JPG, PNG or WebP.
How we use your details We use what you enter here to quote your price, collect your goods, clear them through customs and deliver them. That is the only reason we ask. We do not sell your details, and we will not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Your tracking page shows the route and stage only. Your name, address, phone number, what you are shipping and what you paid are never shown to anyone who looks up a tracking number.
To get your shipment there, we share the delivery address and the recipient’s name and phone number with our clearing agents and delivery partners in Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Those countries sit outside the UK and are not covered by a UK adequacy decision — we make that transfer because it is necessary to carry out the shipment you are asking for, and we send only what is needed to deliver it.
